Ash Batra currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Batra Dental Group. Ash brings over two decades of business management experience to Batra Dental Group. He believes that group dental practices provide the highest quality dentistry because of the comprehensive care they provide to the patients.He is honored to offer talented professionals an atmosphere where their sole responsibility is to be the best dentists they can be. Ash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an MBA.
Founder & CDO

Dr. Batra received her dental degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the few Ivy League Dental Schools in the United States. She graduated with honors in several disciplines including Orthodontics, Oral Medicine, Periodontics, Geriatric, and Oral Surgery. Dr. Batra has been involved in the practice of dentistry for over 20 years.

FAQs
Dental Service Organizations, also known as “Dental Support Organizations”, are independent business support centers that contract with dental practices. DSOs provide critical business management and support to dental practices, including non-clinical operations.
Whatever the reason for exploring offers from DSOs, you need to make sure that you choose the right buyer/ partner that will truly enable you to accomplish your goals, some reasons include:
- Maximizing shareholders’ value on the practice valuation
- Unload management burden, better work/life and thus focusing on what you really like
- Belonging to a larger group increases probability of weathering any national/global crisis
- Taking advantage of economies of scale and alliances a DSO can offer
- Payoff any debt and have a substantial liquidity event while maintaining interests on your practice
- Accelerate growth and expansion and participate on clinic’s upside
For the most part, DSOs determine the value of dental practices based upon a multiple of EBITDA along with some consideration for the unique characteristics of the practice (location, quality and size of the facility, equipment/technology, number of new patients, upside potential, etc.).
While some DSOs may do (5 – 8% of collections), BDG does not charge any management fees. You are a successful practice, BDG’s target is to remove any non-clinical burden and help you continue to run a successful practice for the long-haul. You will only pay for any service you desire.
We recognize the resources and time you have invested on your employees and the value you have built around them, reason why we guarantee employment to all good value long-term employees. Human resources services are available upon request to support partners in any way desired.
