Dental Insurance Coordinator/ Dental Lead Front Desk

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator for a full time position for our dental practice in Philadelphia, PA.

This position requires 2-3 years dental experience and the ability to work well in an insurance based office. Insurance is an integral part of our business, and the candidate must be able to function as our insurance coordinator.

General Duties and Responsibilities are as follows: answering phones, scheduling appointments, presenting tx plans with all financial arrangements, Sending predetermination same day and insurance processing of claims and follow up, including running weekly insurance aging reports to stay current, posting payments and other general front desk duties.
